Helford Blue is a full fat, soft, pale creamy textured blue cheese full of flavour with an edible, colourful, greyish blue rind and a varied blue vein. Helford Blue has a 6 week shelf-life, but is enjoyed by some, the more mature it becomes.

Helford Blue is a versatile artisan, soft cheese highly prized by chefs both locally in Cornwall and country wide and found on many top end restaurant cheeseboards as well as on Quantas Airline’s first class dining and First Great Western First class dining car.  Helford Blue makes a stunning addition to a wedding cheese stack.

Helford Blue has received gold awards from both the World Cheese and the British Cheese awards.
